Silverland Sakyo Hotel Ho Chi Minh City

Nice baths and showers. Upgraded to executive suite with street view. Basic room with no window at back. Quiet and cozy. Excellent staff.

We stayed at this place and we enjoyed everything about it. The hotel is located in a nice area with many restaurants nearby, but it is not too busy. It is also located close to everything we needed in the city center. The staff were very service-minded and helped us with everything from room service to tours and ticket assistance. The rooms were equipped with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the snack bar was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and spa facilities which were very relaxing.

We couldn't find any negative points to recommend, as this place was truly excellent. The attitude of the staff in assisting us and the high level of service provided made our stay very enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a great location. We were able to easily walk to some main attractions and it was close enough to the center without being in the really commercial areas. There were plenty of nice restaurants nearby to choose from. The room itself was lovely, clean, and tidy. The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath which was a great added touch. The staff were all very polite and provided exceptional service. The breakfast selection was massive, with a lot of choices to suit everyone's taste.

Amazing staff, helpful and responsive. Comfy and quiet executive room. Great location with convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Lovely rooftop terrace and free afternoon tea.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel had a great location, with many sights and shops within walking distance. The breakfast spread was amazing and there was also an a la carte menu. The staff were great too provide excellent service, especially Chloe and Ann in the restaurant and at afternoon tea, Louis who assisted at afternoon tea, and Hanh at breakfast.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They spoke English fluently and were always ready to assist me. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the rooftop jacuzzi pool and bar where I could relax and unwind in the evenings. The location was perfect, close to many good restaurants and bars, and within walking distance to the tourist sites. The free afternoon tea provided a lovely treat after a day of sightseeing.

Amazing Staff! During our stay at Silverland Sakyo Hotel, I had an very nice experience with the staff. From the moment we arrived, they were great too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The check-in process was smooth and we were really surprised with a complimentary drink and snack. The staff also informed us about the complimentary hi-tea sets at the lobby, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The most nice part was when they upgraded our room to a King bed and even gave us a bottle of Sparkling Wine to celebrate our anniversary. Their attention to detail and thoughtful gestures made our stay special. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the bath tub feeling a bit flimsy and the spa experience not being perfect, I would still highly recommend Silverland Sakyo Hotel. The amazing staff made our stay pleasant and lovely. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to HCM.
